What we believe

At Higher Life in Christ Church, our beliefs are rooted in the Word of God and centered on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, and it is the foundation for our faith and daily living. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again, offering salvation to all who believe in Him. We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works, and that all who receive Him are forgiven and made new. We believe in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit, who guides, comforts, and empowers believers to live a godly life. We believe in the importance of prayer, worship, and fellowship in growing spiritually and building a strong community of believers. We believe in the Church as the body of Christ, called to share the Gospel and serve others with love and compassion. We believe in the return of Jesus Christ and the promise of eternal life for all who follow Him.
